Your actions should reflect what you say and what you say should be seen in your actions. It is so easy to make promises because they are so easily said. However, the hard work is the commitment to keep those promises. Your word is a reflection of your integrity. If you never do what you say you are going to do after awhile no one will believe what you say at all.
