Stresses cause major weight gain in people all the time.  Since we are in the process of losing weight, we are going to look at some of the stresses that can cause weight gain.  When you are under pressure or upset with someone, do not try to empty the food pantry.  Be cognizant of what you eat while eating.  I used to binge on soda, candy bars and chips from the vending machine.  Thinking that I needed to eat something.
